What we expect from you
- A valid road haulage licence and CMR liability insurance
- Truck and time confirmed before pickup
- Immediate notice of delays, waiting time or damage
- POD / signed CMR after delivery
The supplier portal
Two things kept apart
Assignments you carry out for LVT and transport you order yourselves each have their own quotes, documents and invoices. You only see your own assignments – never LVT’s other customers, sales prices or margins.

Questions
What we are often asked
Does it cost anything to become a supplier?
No. The application and the supplier portal are free of charge.
Are we obliged to take jobs?
No. You only reply to the requests that suit you. An approval is also not a guarantee of jobs, volumes or specific prices.
Do we need to use a new system?
No. Everything can be done from the email. The portal is there if you want an overview of all jobs, documents and invoices.
Which languages can we use?
Emails and pages are available in Danish and English, and you can always write to us in English.
