The documents for fast clearance

If something is missing, we tell you straight away – before it costs time at the border.

Commercial invoice with consignor, consignee, place of delivery, goods, value and Incoterm
The consignee's VAT and EORI numbers (must appear on the invoice)
Packing list with packages and weight
Waybill: CMR, B/L or AWB
Proof of origin if duty relief is claimed – e.g. EUR.1, A.TR or a statement on origin (REX)
Power of attorney from the consignee or exporter
Licences, certificates or permits if the goods require them
